DOINews: Oklahoma Universities Awarded $24 Million for Climate-Related Research

Oklahoma has been awarded $20 million from the National Science Foundation and $4 million from the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to research adaptation of socio-ecological systems to climate variability and change. The University of Oklahoma, university host for the South Central Climate Science Center (SC CSC) and Oklahoma State University, SC CSC university consortium member, are major participants in this award.
