A rugged, whitewater river flowing northward through deep canyons, the New River is among the oldest rivers on the continent. Alaska Climate Science Center director Steve Gray will be the keynote speaker at a workshop designed to help middle and high school educators address climate change. The Climate Change Teacher Workshop will take place August 14-17, 2012 in Yellowstone National Park.
