FieldCom Assisted Acquisition Services
Only DOI Bureaus and DOI Offices may place direct orders against the FieldCom IDIQs after obtaining a Delegated Procurement Authority (DPA). For more information regarding how to obtain a DPA and how to place direct orders, please see the ordering guide.
DOI Bureaus and DOI Offices, however, may also request that IBC Acquisition Services place orders against the IDIQ on their behalf for a nominal fee of 4%. To initiate an assisted acquisition, send your requirements document (Statement of Work, Performance Work Statement, or Statement of Objectives) along with the requirement dollar value, and expected contract award date to the IBC Acquisition Services FieldCom team.
Non-DOI agencies may not place direct orders against the FieldCom IDIQs and must use IBC Acquisition Services to place orders against the IDIQ at a fee of 4.9%. To initiate an assisted acquisition, send your requirements document (Statement of Work, Performance Work Statement, or Statement of Objectives) along with the requirement dollar value, and expected contract award date to the IBC Acquisition Services FieldCom team.
