Position Overview

Candidate Description

The ideal candidate should be resilient, with great interpersonal skills. This person should have excellent customer services skills and be able to speak and interact with personnel from all levels of the organization. This person must enjoy performing research, as needed, or to locate the right person when requested. This person must have knowledge or willingness to learn office procedures, policies, and tools.

Work Environment

Mostly indoors, in an office setting, with some exceptions (e.g., visitor fee collection, traffic control staff).
