What happens after a PD is covered?

When you receive the certification and PD with appropriate annotation on the OF-8 from the DOI Retirement Team, (currently takes a couple months for position coverage), make copies of the PD (including the certification) and distribute as follows: OPF, PD book, supervisor copy, employee copy, and position file copy.
