Various researchers and experts across the region gather to present on the status of Alaskan salmon in the Gulf of Alaska. Presenters will address topics such as the current issues with declining stocks of salmon, effects of hatchery origin salmon on wild stocks, and freshwater temperature and heat stress. The session will end with an interactive panel discussion on strategies to help rebuild salmon stocks that are in decline.
