DOI NRDAR Federal Advisory Committee Final Report
This report represents the unanimous consensus of the Committee to develop a multi-phase approach that the Department could undertake to reduce case disputes, establish an early focus on cooperation and restoration during assessment activities, refine technical tools currently in use, and implement restoration more effectively.
