Second Edition of the Secretary’s

Citizen-Centered Governance Plan

The second edition of the Secretary’s Citizen-Centered Governance Plan describes linkages between the citizen-centered President’s Management Agenda (PMA) and the Secretary’s citizen-centered 4 C’s vision for the Interior Department. It also summarizes progress made on the first edition of the Secretary’s Plan for Citizen-Centered Governance released in September 2001. The second edition describes the integrated approach we are taking to develop and implement cost-effective solutions for the entire agency, and to create synergies in the way we pursue the five PMA components.
