Customer
Service Forum
A
particularly
valuable
tool is Interior's
Customer
Service Forum.
The Forum
is a team
of representatives
from various
bureaus and
offices in
the Department
of the Interior.
The team
meets periodically
to discuss
the various
approaches
the bureaus
are taking
to improve
customer
service and
to hear from
invited guests
from other
agencies
and non-federal
organizations
regarding
their customer
service initiatives.
The Forum
serves as
a network
to learn
from one
another and
to share
information
on best practices.
The Forum
develops
strategies
for improving
customer
service across
the Department.
