After evaluating our annual performance against our current strategic plan, we analyze what went right and what needs to improve. This analysis serves as the basis of our performance improvement plan and focuses our collective attention and resources on making further improvements in our performance. This process enables us to make continuous improvement in managing our resources to achieve our end outcomes and mission goals.
