03/31/2009 - OMB extended its approval for another three years of OMB control #1040-0001, which covers the DOI Programmatic Clearance for Customer Satisfaction Surveys. The process for requesting expedited OMB approval of customer satisfaction surveys is largely unchanged; however, internal management of this process has been shifted from the Office of Planning and Performance Management to the Office of Policy Analysis.
