The EEO training may include such topics as roles and responsibilities within the EEO process, prevention of sexual harassment, reasonable accommodations, accessibility, public civil rights, alternative dispute resolution, and employment discrimination.

The Diversity training may include such topics as generational differences, valuing diversity, communications across cultures, team building, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
