1. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4), prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.   

  2. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended (20 U.S.C. 1681 to 1688), prohibits discrimination based on sex in any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. 

  3. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. 794), prohibits discrimination based on an individual's disability in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance and in any program or activity conducted by the any executive branch agency.  

  4. Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in State or local government programs whether or not they receive Federal financial assistance.   

  5. The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. 6101 et seq.) prohibits discrimination based on age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
