In order to prepare for the Collaborative Processes Framework Workshop on June 3 and 4 in Washington D.C., we would like to gather information on three key questions.
- What are the various collaborative processes that you know of, have access to, might use, or have used in your Bureau?
- How do you define the various collaborative processes that currently exist?
- How does your bureau, or office within your bureau, currently use one or more of the processes you defined?
- What resources do you draw on (in-house or consultant resources) to undertake these processes?
Your responses will help us develop the agenda for the workshop, various draft products to be used in the workshop, and to help us, your facilitators, understand the range of views on and uses of collaborative processes across bureaus.
We’ve included below a bit more detail on each question. If you could, please return responses to Elena Gonzalez no later than May 12.
We should note we’ve chosen the generic term “collaborative processes” to capture the universe of processes, strategies and tools used to engage multiple parties that we hope to talk about in the workshop. Like all terms, we’re sure it’s both imprecise and imperfect, but we hope it will work well enough!
