Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar joined Dolly Parton, Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen, North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue and members of the two states' congressional delegations to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Sept. 2.
