Secretary of the Interior, Dirk Kempthorne led the official U.S. Delegation to the Group on Earth Observations (GEO) summit in Cape Town, South Africa that took place from November 28-30, 2007. Secretary Kempthorne arrives at the GEO with U.S. GEO Co-Chair Conrad Lautenbacher.
