Subject: Closing of On-site Ticket Offices
The purpose of this Financial Administration Memorandum (FAM) is to transmit
Assistant Secretary – Policy, Management and Budget memorandum, dated April 14,
2003, which advises travelers and travel planners of the closing of the
Washington, D.C., Denver, CO, and the Reston, VA Omega World Travel service
on-site facilities. Closing these facilities will allow the consolidation of
call centers for a more effective and efficient reservation and ticketing
process.
Travelers and travel planners should utilize Trip Manager for making travel
arrangements when possible. A list of Omega World Travel telephone numbers are
