Subject: Establishing Financial Administration Memorandum Category II.G.4. for
Travel Management Center Issuances
The purpose of this Financial Administration Memorandum (FAM) is to announce
that FAM Category II.G.4. is being reactivated. In the future this category
will be used for issuance and control over guidance and procedures for arranging
travel and travel accommodations through the use of the Departmental Travel
Management Center, currently OMEGA World Travel.
Travel guidance and procedures pertaining to other parts of the travel program
will continue to be issued in the appropriate categories. Departmental travel
policies, procedures, and guidance are located at http://www.doi.gov/pfm/travel.html.
