Delaware is the first State to serve geospatial data over the entire State through the Internet as part of The National Map. In partnership with the USGS, several organizations in Delaware coordinated technical expertise and geospatial data into an on-line mapping system called the Delaware DataMIL (http://datamil.udel.edu/).

DataMIL provides seamless, current, and consistent geospatial data to support Federal, State, and local requirements. Users of the Delaware DataMIL can view and download data comprising all eight National Map themes, post their input regarding data currentness and accuracy, produce high-quality graphics, and search and view metadata.
As a result of the strong partnership that USGS has established with Delaware State agencies, which include the Delaware Geological Survey, University of Delaware, and the Delaware Geographic Data Committee, Delaware I-team and the State Mapping Advisory Committee of Delaware, the best available data from all participating agencies have been made available. By making these data holdings publicly and easily accessible to natural resource decision makers and the public, all users have consistent data, as well as tools, available to make their jobs or other activities easier and more enjoyable.

For those who don't remember, Delaware was the first State to ratify the Constitution of the United States.
