CSC Help Desk call routing solution. Genesys. How are you impacted? Callers dialing 888-367-1622 are not directed to Help Desk agents. When is it estimated this service will be restored? * Technician are currently working to resolve this issue What caused the outage? Servers running Genesys applications failed to operate. What workarounds are available, if any?
