Unplanned Department of the Interior Outage Notification Message The Department of the Interior is experiencing an unplanned interruption of the following service: Incident Number What specific service is affected? The Department Browser and Generate Application Password applications found as part of the Apps Marketplace in the BisonConnect Application Launcher (navigation cube). How are you impacted? We are receiving scattered reports that in attempting to open either of the two applications mentioned the user will receive an error (HTTP:403), a dialog requesting access permissions, or a page that reads "Open ID 2.0 for Google Accounts has gone away" When is it estimated this service will be restored? * Unknown at this time What caused the outage? What workarounds are available, if any? There are no workarounds at this time. Status Updates We will communicate regular status updates as new information becomes available. Questions?
