You can find us on the 11th Floor of the Key Bank Building, across the elevator lobby from the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

From I-5 Northbound:
Take Exit 192 to merge onto Broadway.  Turn left on Pacific Ave.  Turn right on Colby Ave.  90-minute street parking is available on Colby Ave.

From I-5 Southbound:
Take Exit 194 for Everett Ave.  Turn right on Everett Ave.  Turn left on Colby Ave.  90-minute street parking is available on Colby Ave.

OST will be working with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Lummi Planning, and the Seattle University - Center for Indian Law & Policy to present an informational meeting for trust landholders.  From 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM topics covered will include an overview of OST, the American Indian Probate Reform Act (Estate Planning), Indian Affairs Probate, Indian Affairs Realty, the Cobell Settlement, and Financial Education and Training.  From 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM lunch will be provided by the Lummi Tribe, and staff members will be answering questions.
