Executive Orders and Secretarial Orders

The Secretary of the Interior, the ultimate decision-maker in the Department, periodically issues Secretarial Orders which embody her decisions on certain important topics.  Secretarial Orders relating to OST and trust fund management can be found here.

Secretarial Orders can be made permanent when they are converted to chapters in the Departmental Manual (DM).  When this has occurred, a link to the Department Manual chapter has been provided.
