U.S. Army Sgt. Andolin Lucios

Sergeant Andolin Lucios hails originally from Metipw, Pohnpei in the Federated States of Micronesia. He joined the United States Army in 2004 and is currently stationed in Alaska. Sgt. Lucios has since acclimated to the cold weather and enjoys living in Alaska.

Sgt. Lucios is a member of the 725th Support Battalion Human Resources, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th ID, U.S. Army, Fort Richardson, Alaska. He returned last year from a tour at FOB KALSU OIF 06-08 in Iraq and is preparing for a tour to Afghanistan in 2009.

Sergeant Lucios has re-enlisted since he first joined the United States Army and is one of many islanders from the U.S. insular areas who serve in the U.S. Armed Forces.
