Former Resident Representatives of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Washington, D.C.

The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) is the only insular area with a significant population that does not have a delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives. 

The CNMI does however have an elected representative who is resident in Washington, D.C. and represents the people of the CNMI in Washington.

1978 – 1984: T.H. Edward Dlg. Pangelinan (D)

1984 – 1990: T.H. Froilan C. Tenorio (D)

1990 – 2002: T.H. Juan N. Babauta (R)

2002 – present: T.H. Pete A. Tenorio (R)
