PCDC serves and represents the interests of native Hawaiian residing in the Hawaiian homestead communities of Papakolea, Kewalo and Kalawahine. PCDC was formed to improve the economic, educational, cultural and spiritual well-being of the community through the development of entrepreneurial opportunities, lifelong educational experiences, health and wellness services and intergenerational human services. PCDC's primary role is to manage and operate the Center for use by Papakolea residents and organizations and to house programs developed in partnership with other organizations and agencies. The Center houses a variety of low cost and free programs to the public. |
