U.S. Patent Office. Disclosures
outside the Department of the Interior
may be made (1) to the U.S.
Patent Office; (2) to inventors and
others directly concerned with
the government funded research and
development information concerning
filing dates, serial numbers and
patent or trademark registration
numbers; (3) to the U.S. Department
of Justice when related to
litigation or anticipated litigation;
