enforcing or implementing the
statute, rule, regulation, order, or
license, (3) Disclosures from the record
of an individual may be made
in response to an inquiry from a
Congressional Office at the request
of that individual, and (4) Subject
to restrictions imposed by the
donor (i.e. the interviewee),
disclosure of this material may be made
to historical researchers.
