Privacy Act. The system also contains
records concerning corporations
and other business entities. These
records are not subject to the
Privacy Act.).

license, to appropriate Federal,
State, local, or foreign agencies

Maintained on microfiche.
Retrievability:
Indexed by park and
concessioner's name.
Retention and disposal:
Paper records are destroyed after
microfiching. Microfiche are
retained until obsolete and then
destroyed.
Safeguards:
Maintained with safeguards
meeting requirements of 43 CFR 2.51
for computerized records.
