Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo assist employees with the onboarding process and to make their transition to the OCIO as smooth as possible an OCIO Employee Checklist has been created. The checklist provides in detail the required steps and forms that must be completed ‘Before You Report’, ‘First Day’, ‘First Week’, ‘First Month’ ‘First 60 Days’ First 90 Days’ and ‘First Year’ of employment.
