Purchase Instructions for ActivClient 6.x:

Bureaus will use their own procurement process to purchase middleware licenses and reference IDIQ contract number CMS00080014. Neither DOI or BIA will purchase the software on behalf of other Bureau's or offices. Each Bureau or Office is responsible for procuring and maintaining their own licenses.

All middleware orders must be made through a purchase order. Payment for middleware can be made through credit card but an additional 3% processing fee will be added by vendor.

***Even thought the contract specifically states that payments can not be made by credit cards, the vendor has agreed to accept cards based on the additional 3% processing fee. Details can be worked out by each bureau's contracting officer.

BIA will not purchase the software on behalf of other Bureau's or offices. Each Bureau or Office is responsible for procuring and maintaining their own licenses.
