Step 01: Go to the Transource DOI website at: http://www.transource.com/customers/doi
Step 02: Click on the link “create a new account.”
Step 03: Under the “Customer Information” section, select your user type, the agency you
represent, and fill-out the contact information below (fields in bold are required.)
Shopper user types: have the ability to create and modify quotes only. To order a
quote you have created, you will need to save the quote and email it to a Buyer for
purchasing.
Buyer user types: have the ability to create, modify and order quotes.
Step 04: Under the “Login Information” section, enter your email address, and choose a
password for your account.
Please note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and contain letters,
numbers and both upper and lower case.
Step 05: Click the “Finish” button to submit your information. The system will automatically notify
you if you’ve missed any steps.
Step 06: There is no step six! You will now be directed to your Transource DOI home page and
are ready to browse the site, create quotes, and more!
Step 01: Go to the Transource DOI website at: http://www.transource.com/customers/doi
Step 02: Login to the website using the email address and password you provided during your
account registration.
Please note: If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot your
password?”, enter your email address on the following page and click the “Submit”
button. Your password will be emailed to you shortly.
Step 03: From your DOI homepage, select one of the featured notebooks available for this
contract to configure (listed under “Ruggedized Notebooks”.)
Step 04: Under the “Configuration” section of the resulting Product page, you can configure
your notebook by clicking on the drop-down menus and choosing your desired options. To see the adjusted price for your notebook, simply click on the “Update Price” button
located above or below the configurator.
Step 05: Once you have finished customizing your rugged notebook, click on the “Add to
Quote” button.
Step 06: You will now be taken to your Quote page. A new quote number will be assigned for
your quote and you will have the options to reconfigure the products listed, adjust the quantities you’d like to order, etc.
To add further items to this quote, simply return to the Home page and repeat steps 03
thru 05.
Step 07: When you have finished creating your quote, return to the Quote page by clicking on
Create Quote in the navigation bar (if you are not already there.)
Step 08: To save your quote, click on the “Save & Email” button. This allows you to save your
quote for later modification or purchasing. Enter a name to save your quote as and an
email address to send your completed quote to (optional.)
Note to Shopper User Types: If you have finished creating your quote and are ready to
order, you can use the email feature to send this quote to your Buyer for purchasing.
Step 09: To order your quote, click on the “Order” button on the Quote page and follow the
ordering process.
Please Note: If you do not see this button, you are most likely registered as a Shopper
user type and will either need to email this quote to the Buyer for your account for
purchasing, or contact Transource to adjust your account to a Buyer user type.
