How to Obtain an MPC Quote

In order to obtain a quote for either of the MPC contracts, NBC050004 Notebooks and NBC050007 Monitors, you may choose one of three easy methods (On-Line, Via Phone, or Via Email/Fax):

Create a Quote Online

  1. Log on to your MPC Advantage Account. For monitors, product selections appear when you first log in. You can select the monitor(s) you are interested in and choose Add to Cart:

  2. Configure the laptop or tablet according to your needs. The price will automatically update when you make any changes. You can select quantity desired in the small toolbox and the total price will update for the quantity.
If you are a Shopper, select Save/Email quote.
If you are a Purchaser, select Add to Cart.

  3. For monitors, once you have added the desired items to the cart, you can change the quantity for each item as needed.  When your quote contains all the items you need for an order, choose Save/Email Cart.
  4. Name your quote using the Quote Name field.
If you are a Shopper, type the email address of your Approving Manager or Purchasing Agent according to your agency requirements. Any procurement or department codes you need to communicate to your approver or purchaser can be typed in the Custom Message field.
If you are a Purchaser, the additional email and message sections are not required.

  5. Select Close. There will not be a confirmation that the email is sent, but an email containing your quote will be sent to your in-box within moments.
