How to use the Enterprise Hardware Contracts

1. Determine the category

Review the Buyers Guides to determine which category and Vendor meets your requirements:

Desktop

Notebook

Server

Printer

Supplies

 

 

2. Register for Vendor website access

Once you have determined which vendor you will be purchasing from, you will need to register with their web site to obtain a quote or purchase your product.

3. Acquire Quote

Once you have obtained your account, you can create a quote for the system or hardware required.

4. Purchase or forward quote to Purchasing Official

Please note: Quotes expire after a minimum of 60 days. Verify the validity of the quote before purchasing. Ordering against expired quotes may delay your order.
