In the window that comes up, click on the Security Data Set tab (red arrow). Most of the C&A data is entered or edited in this tab.
This field shows the name of the system for which you are editing C&A information.
You can edit the C&A information in these fields. Note that the C&A Start Date format has to be MM/DD/YYYY.
There are two pages on which you can edit C&A information. Click on the arrow button to go to the next C&A page.
The "OK" button saves the entry. "Cancel" removes your changes. "Spell" gives you a spellchecker. "Delete" erases the system and any associations of the system.
Be careful with the delete button, since it is so powerful. You should not normally use the delete button.
