Secretary Salazar Tours Proposed Cape Wind Site in Nantucket Sound

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar met with members of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) to discuss the Cape Wind Project on Tuesday, February 2nd. He then got a first hand look at the proposed wind farm site near Cape Cod, Mass. The Secretary invited media to take a boat tour of Nantucket Sound on the Coast Guard Cutter Ida Lewis.
