Interior Secretary Teaches a Washington D.C. Elementary School Class at Parkview Elementary School

As part of educating youth about the importance of America’s Great Outdoors, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar participated in the D.C. Region’s Teach for America Week 2010 by serving as a guest teacher at Bruce Monroe at Parkview Elementary School. Salazar joined Teach for America corps member Will Herman in his fourth grade classroom to discuss the importance of conservation and environmental stewardship.
