BALTIMORE, MD -- On Tuesday, Oct. 11, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will deliver keynote remarks at the American Wind Energy Association’s (AWEA) annual Offshore WINDPOWER Conference & Exhibition in Baltimore, MD. The conference brings together exhibitors and attendees from around the world to discuss this emerging market. During the conference, Secretary Salazar will highlight the steps Interior is taking toward developing a clean energy economy.
Immediately following the remarks, Salazar will participate in a media availability on offshore wind, along with Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley and AWEA CEO Denise Bode.
