"This is part of President Obama’s efforts and the Department of the Interior’s efforts to help stand America up once again.  We are in some difficult economic times.  Local governments throughout the country are suffering from the fact that they don’t have enough revenue to fix their roads and take care of all the rest of their needs.  These $381 million dollars will help 1,800 local governments across the United States of America."
