Army Corps of Engineers Updates Drought Situation as U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Biological Opinion of Proposed Water Management Changes to Interim Operating Plan

WHAT:The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will provide an update of current drought conditions and discuss its amended Biological Assessment. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will provide its amended Biological Opinion of the proposed changes to the Interim Operating Plan and other issues.
