Norton to Join National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Wal-Mart at Announcement of Landmark Habitat Conservation Partnership

 

(WASHINGTON) - Interior Secretary Gale Norton will join officials of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and Wal-Mart to unveil "Acres for America," an innovative conservation partnership under which the company will contribute to conservation and protect vital wildlife habitat across the country. Initial projects under the partnership are being considered for Louisiana, Maine, Arizona, Arkansas and Oregon.
