Welcomes New Manager Paul Donnelly

Modernization Program Liaison Office Welcomes New Manager, Paul Donnelly.

Paul comes to DOI after 3 years with GSA’s Public
Buildings Service as Director, Customer Services Management where he acted as GSA’s liaison with the US Courts and the FBI on all construction and facilities issues.

Prior to joining GSA, Paul spent over 20 years in leadership roles in real estate and construction management with two Fortune 500 high-technology companies in MA and RI. He holds a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts and has attended the executive development programs at both Penn State University and the University of Illinois.

Modernization Update

Modernization Update

Gym: New completion date is November 22.

Commissioning: Plan completed and activity is underway. Modification of fan coil units is currently underway. The 6th wing is 100% complete and work is currently
underway on the 5th wing, which is approximately 80% complete.

Exterior Hoists: Disassembling of the hoists located on 18thaqnd 19th streets, at the 4 wing of the building, will begin the middle of October.

Industrial Hygienist 24/7: GSA now has an Industrial Hygienist on board to assist in monitoring the project.

Occupant Move Schedule: Construction completion has been delayed. New completion date has been pushed to March/April.

and cafeteria. The poster identifies work being conducted on each floor of the building.

Meetings

IAQ FORUM

The Indoor Air Quality Forum is open to all occupants of the Main Interior Complex and allows occupants to present issues and concerns related to the modernization project.

The Forum is held every other Monday from 2:00 - 3:00 P.M. in room 2507 of the Modernization Program Liaison Office. Minutes of the meetings are posted on the Modernization Program Liaison Office website: www.DOI.GOV/Modernization and a LAN message is sent as a reminder prior to each meeting.

The October 8, 2007 meeting has been cancelled due to the Columbus Day holiday.
