Project Management Support




The project management support services are as follows:

  • Determine the budget, resourcing, and scheduling of the project along with IBC Information Technology and customer personnel
  • Determine the scope of the project and facilitate agreements of scope and scope changes
  • Develop and execute the project plan and project scope from initiation, planning, execution, control and closing phases for varied projects which include technology upgrades, product, service, or software solution roll-outs, software development and annual operations and management support
  • Development and submission transmittal memos
  • Development of proposal submission documents (e.g. technical proposal, price proposal, draft implementation project plan, proposed SLA metrics and reports Incorporation of Certification and Accreditation processes into the project plan); and Development of requirements matrixes
  • Document standard change items including business process flows
  • Documentation of business processes including change and configuration items       
  • Documentation of business processes related to client engagement
  • Facilitate and lead various project management meetings
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and red team review meetings
  • Facilitate the acceptance and organizational change associated with alternative business processes        
  • Facilitate the development of a solutions architecture, operational support plan, and bill of material
  • Formulation and updating and baseline of WBS project schedules
  • Identify Project issues, manage and track to resolution or escalation
  • Implementation and installation planning and execution and roll-out
  • Incorporation of Certification and Accreditation processes into the project plan
  • Incorporation of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes within project delivery cycles
  • Lead team members to deliver Certification and Accreditation C & A documentation
  • Lead team members to deliver Software development lifecycle documentation
  • Leading and coordinating efforts in the development of pricing models for new services or new aspects of existing services
  • Leading technical staff in the development of support models for new services or new aspects of existing services (e.g. hosting of a new application)
  • Lessons Learned creation and facilitation
  • Management / Configuration Control and IT Workload Management
  • Operating Plan Development and utilization:  the contractor may be required to develop operating plan documents to provide a description of how production support services will be delivered, as well as assist in creation of Access database for creation of reports
  • Perform Business requirements and technical requirements development (i.e., Use Cases)
  • Perform communications planning and coordination
  • Perform management reporting
  • Perform PMI project control and reporting which includes budget reporting and EVM
  • Perform project performance planning and monitoring and quality reviews
  • Perform Test planning
  • Perform Training planning and coordination
  • Policy and procedure updates associated with ITIL framework  and ISO standards
  • Pricing Proposal Development:  The contractor may be required to develop pricing proposal documents to provide analysis of the costs of supporting technical solutions
  • Reengineering flows and process documentation
  • Requirements Documentation
  • Review and evaluation of service request documents
  • Risk Management
  • Technical Solution Development:  the contractor may be required to develop technical solution documents to provide analysis of alternatives for various options
  • Assessment and impact to business and change management processes and client engagement processes
  • Assist with the execution of CCM processes and procedures
  • Other Management documentations as required
  • Work with the Information Technology Project Management Office to develop standard processes and procedures
