eTravel Support




The Interior Business Center has supported eTravel initiatives for over 15 years. We assist DOI and non-DOI customers in automating and consolidating travel processes. 

What is ETS2?

ETS2 is the government's most current version of a travel management solution for Federal travelers. ETS2 will enable the government to further consolidate travel services, platforms, and channels, improve leverage of government travel spending, reduce waste, and increase transparency for improved accountability.

The ETS2 contract was awarded by GSA to Concur Technologies, Inc., and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, both leaders in web-based business travel, and reservation planning. The Interior Business Center supports both the Concur Government Edition (CGE) and Carlson Wagonlit. ETS2 applies commercial best practices to realize travel efficiencies and deliver a transparent, accountable, secure and sustainable service.

The IBC provides comprehensive subject matter expertise to assist customer agencies with the transition from ETS1 to ETS2. For additional information regarding the ETS2 solutions and possible implementation, contact susan_e_scott@ibc.doi.gov.
