A Note to IBC's Human Resources and Financial Management Customers

On Wednesday, November 26, 2014, the Customer Support Center (CSC) will close at 4:00 p.m. MST (6:00 p.m. EST). After hours calls will be rerouted to a message notifying customers of the unavailability. This option allows callers to leave voice messages. The CSC staff will respond to after hours voice messages upon return to the office Friday, November 28, 2014.

Please note that based on historical data, early closures on the day before Thanksgiving have very limited impact on IBC customers, as call volume is typically low after 4:00 p.m. MST on that day.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for helping us provide the opportunity for our staff to participate in the authorized holiday early release this year.
