SUBJECT: Credit for Performance in Reduction in Force

370 DM 351, Reduction in Force, was issued February 18, 1999. This new chapter provides Department policy in regard to reduction in force. 370 DM 351.5 A, Credit for Performance, specifies how performance is to be credited when determining retention standing.

As a result, 370 DM 430 Performance Appraisal; subchapter 3 Linkage of Summary Rating to Other Personnel Actions, section 3.5 Reduction-in-Force, is superceded.
