Subject: Cancellation and Reissuance of Personnel Bulletins

In FY 2002 we inadvertently issued several Personnel Bulletins (PB) with duplicate numbers.
To eliminate confusion, the following Personnel Bulletins are hereby cancelled. Each will be reissued as indicated below.
