Objectives

 

Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department’s investment in training by functioning as a “community of practice”, sharing best practices, products and services, learning and performance improvement strategies, and expertise.

 

 

Collaborate to achieve the Department’s strategic human capital goals and initiatives.

 

 

Serve as a principal communications conduit for sharing training expertise across bureau and office lines.

 

 

Jointly develop and share common curricula to capitalize on existing employee development resources and improve training products and services.
