Bilingual/Bicultural Program
Supervisors may (after observing requirements of the DOI CTAP), hire persons who are rated eligible in the appropriate competitive examination for the position to be filled. The position would require Spanish language proficiency or knowledge of Hispanic culture, and public interaction or these skills would enhance job performance.
