This is the general format for any nomination narrative and abstract. The nomination may be a Microsoft Word document (.doc) or an Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf).

Abstract
Please give a detailed and succinct account of the nominees accomplishments. Abstracts useful to judges during the review process are approximately 5 sentences of factual information.
